We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for your Fermanagh Camino 2026 booking. Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund & Cancellations Policy
Fermanagh Camino 2026
The Fermanagh Camino is a fully supported walking event organised in aid of Cancer Connect NI. As a charity-supported event, significant costs are committed well in advance, including logistics, accommodation, transport, catering, entertainment and medical support.
Please read the following policy carefully before booking.
Event Dates
The Fermanagh Camino 2026 takes place over three days, starting on Friday 1 May 2026.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in advance and in writing by emailing
[email protected]Refunds are available only for cancellations received on or before
31 March 2026.Cancellations received after 31 March 2026 are non-refundable, as event costs will already have been incurred.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made from 1 April 2026 onwards, including (but not limited to):
Injury or illness
Travel disruption
Personal or work-related circumstances
Failure to attend on the day(s)
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another participant up to 14 days before the event start date (by 16 April 2026).
All transfers must be approved in advance by the Camino organisers.
The original participant is responsible for ensuring all participant details are updated.
Partial Attendance
No refunds are available for:
Choosing not to attend one or more days of the Camino
Leaving the event early
Switching between ticket types after purchase
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the Fermanagh Camino is cancelled by the organisers due to circumstances beyond our control (including extreme weather, safety concerns, or force majeure), participants will be offered either:
A transfer to a future Camino event, or
A partial refund, subject to costs already incurred
No additional compensation will be payable.
Charity Contribution
By purchasing a Camino ticket, participants acknowledge that a portion of the ticket price directly supports the work of Cancer Connect NI. Refund policies reflect the charitable nature of the event and the advance commitments required to deliver the Camino safely and to a high standard.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
To request a refund, please email [email protected] and include:
Full name of the participant
Order number
Email address used at time of booking
Ticket type (1 Day / 2 Day / 3 Day)
A brief reason for cancellation
Refund requests must be received on or before 31 March 2026 to be eligible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Any booking or transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Refund requests made via social media, phone calls, or on event days will not be accepted.
Refunds cannot be issued automatically through the website once the cancellation deadline has passed.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee eligibility; all requests are assessed in line with this published policy.
